Team Building with D&S Tactics
You don't learn what a team is made of by watching it hold pencils — you learn it when things get tough. An intensive tactical program led by army veterans, followed by a well-earned evening in a South Moravian wine cellar.
Forget the flipcharts
We offer team building that genuinely tests a team: cooperation, communication and decision-making under pressure — in a real environment, with instructors who have led people through far tougher situations than a quarterly review. And since we're in South Moravia, we close the day where teams bond best: in a wine cellar.
Build your program
- Shooting training — safe fundamentals under supervision, firearms provided
- Tactical training — team tasks, communication, decision-making under pressure
- First aid course — skills your team will use in the office too
- Survival — fire, shelter, navigation, teamwork in the field
Modules can be combined — say, a half-day of shooting topped up with first aid. Everything takes place in South Moravia (the AKIM range and surrounding terrain), so the evening program is minutes from the training site. Airborne training runs separately at airfields in Central and Eastern Bohemia — for companies we can organize it as a standalone event.
A sample day
- 09:00 — muster, safety briefing, team assignments
- 09:30 — morning block: shooting training at the AKIM range
- 13:00 — field lunch, move into the terrain
- 14:00 — afternoon block: tactical team tasks and scenario-based first aid
- 18:00 — Pension Dionýsos: banquet, Moravian wine tasting, evening in the cellar

What people ask us
What team sizes does the program suit?
The ideal size is 6–20 people; larger groups rotate through stations. Tell us your team size and we'll prepare a tailored option.
Does everyone have to shoot?
No. We build the program so everyone can take part — firearms activities are always under instructor supervision and can be replaced with tactical or medical tasks.
Where does the program take place, and what about accommodation?
Activities run at the AKIM range near Znojmo and in the surrounding terrain. The evening brings a banquet and wine tasting in a cellar, with accommodation at Pension Dionýsos in Nový Šaldorf.
